A Strange Noise

On a dark day there was no sun at all he was wondering what was going on? as he was walking towards the house where all the animals get sheared. When he was walking past the place he was looking around the house.

‘’Its changed’’ Bill said out loud to himself he kept on walking until he saw something he never saw before. He kept on walking just in case something bad happens he was so scared because he hasn't seen that before in his life he said.

Once he got to the end he heard something say ‘’Bill don’t go in there’’ Bill answered ‘’how do you know my name?’’ then there was no reply at all he was feeling a little bit sick not because that person it was because of walking a lot of time. He decided to have a long long rest in the shed he lay down and fell asleep.

When he woke up he saw the same thing he wondered what is going on when he walked he could hear someone saying ‘’Bill Bill come here’’ Bill looked around nobody then he left. ‘’HAHAHA’’ he heard Bill turned around it was his little brother Toby all along. ‘’So it was you all along’’ Bill said ‘’yes’’ said Toby.

At the end there was no problem and they didn't

need to solve anything also nobody got hurt. because it was Toby all along.

What Is It Like To Be A Farmer

The Accident

On a bright sunny day two boys named John and Jill went to check on the calves see if they were aright and still with there mother. John was worried because he heard a loud noise. He was wondering what is going on?.

After he checked both sides he went straight up the hill with the four wheeler he was going so so fast when he got to the top he was looking all over no animals at all so he drove away to find them.

He came back because he couldn't find them anywhere so he went back down he decided to have a rest for about ten minutes then he wanted to go back so he hopped onto the four wheeler and went down so fast and guess what!!?

He fell off the four wheeler right down and something cut him and when he got to the bottom he couldn't move at all because one he cut his leg and the four wheeler was on top of him out of no where. ‘’Help please help me Jill’’ out he came ‘’what happened?’’ Jill asked John had ripped and said what had happened.

Jill told mum and dad also and they rang the ambulance and they came about after one hour when they arrived they ask John what happened. John had told them then they raped his cut and he said a big thank you.

At the end John learned to never ever go alone by himself because that what happened when you go on your own.

Rousie

Cleo's Big Day

On a beautiful spring day the green grass has grown the sun is out and Cleo and her friends were grazing. Her wool was making her so hot because it hasn’t been cut for a whole year.

Cleo was having a good time until she heard a four wheeler with dogs, she was so afraid because the last time the dogs chased her into a pen. And the farmer was really mean so he gave her some medicine which was really yuk.

Cleo was worried because she could see that the dogs were coming straight to her and her friends.

I don’t know what’s happening? I can still hear dogs barking and I wonder what is inside the shed? I’m feeling very very terrified she is trying her best to run away but she couldn’t so she had to stay outside in the sun with the other ewe.

Now we are moving into the shed there is a lot of ewe inside the shed. It is a lot of ewe and I think there is about three hundred as I have noticed. It takes a long time to get shorn but we have to wait until tomorrow which will take a long time.   

We are still waiting in the shed we start the shorn tomorrow which is good to some of us we are stuck in a pen with fence around them which is good so the sheep doesn't run away. Now its time to sleep for a big day tomorrow.

Morning time job start’s now we have a lot of work to do its Cleo’s turn she is trying to get away but she can’t because the shearers flip her on her back and all Cleo can do is kick them with her feet.

Finally its over and my wool is off I can feel the fresh air. Which is good all I can do now is hang around with my friends, play around, and eat the green grass .

This week was a rough week especially yesterday and today. It wasn’t that bad Cleo and her friends are now running around. And now all I hope is just spring can be over and my wool will grow slowly so I don’t have to do it again.

Cross Country Run

• WALT - Plan my recount carefully so I am clear about what I am writing and why

Today is Cross Country and I am so nervous even though I have been training for a long long time

we will start cross country after lunch time. Which gives us a long time to do our work.

As I was waiting in line I had butterflies in my stomach I was very nervous even if I had trained very hard. I can not wait because I just want it to get it over and done with. Because I don’t like running that much.

It was time for ten year old girls to line up as we lined up I was getting very nervous. Mr Burt was telling us where to go he pointed towards the people my butterflies was getting even more worse and it feels so funny.

As I was running I was so muddy because I was running through the mud and it was all over my pants and it was slowing me down I had a stitch. It was really hurting me. Then when we turned it was all dry.

I wish that next time I will try my best to come another place.

The Three Little Pigs

Once upon time there were three little pigs. They were old enough to leave their home so they said goodbye to their mum.

The first pig who was not that clever. That he decided to buy some hay so he can make the hay as his house.

When he had finished building then along came a wolf who smelt bacon. So he came and said ‘’Little pig little pig, let me come in’’  growled the wolf. ‘’Not by the hairs on my  

chinny chin chin’’squeaked the nervous piglet. ‘’Then I'll huff and I’ll blow your house down’’ said the big bad wolf then he ate the little piglet.

The second little pig who was not smart as well. He saw a man who was carrying sticks so he decided to go and buy them off him. Then he built his house out of sticks.

Then along came the big bad wolf the wolf said ‘’Little pig little pig let me come in’’ growled the wolf then the little pig answered ‘’not by the hairs on my chinny chin chin’’. Then the wolf said then I’ll huff and I’ll puff until your house comes down.

 

The third little pig who was the smart’s that build his house out of blokes which took a long time. He had a  big long rest until.

Along came the big bad wolf then the big bad wolf said ‘’Little pig little pig let me come in’’ then the little pig said ‘’not by hairs on my chinny chin chin’’.

 Then the wolf said I’ll huff and I’ll puff until your house will come down he huff and he puff but it didn’t come down so he went up the chimney.

Then he went up onto the chimney and went so fast into the boiled pot.

Then he came down and there was a pot with boiled water he went down then he jump into the boiled water and then the little pigs lived happily ever after.

Our Share Lunch!!

Today I is the girls netball term share lunch. I am so excited for that I can't wait tell lunch time this to my second time having a share lunch it is one of the best thing about sport...I like to eat with my friends and so I can have fun at the same time I like my term because we are a term and we are all friends.

It is morning tea all most time for share lunch me and my friends went and played touch with my other friends we ask Miss Vaa'fusuaga for a rugby ball we ran on to the court and played the game for about ten minutes.After our game of touch we took back the ball back then we head to class....it was time for maths then we went to the ICT room and the others went to music.

After that it was time for lunch ''YEA'' I said in my head then we left we had a talk then we prayed for the food and that then we had to eat after an hour and a half we had an awarded for the hole term but...first we had to dance two at a time then it was my turn with Rave I was to shy to dance so Rave and I just stood there and watch then went up and said thank you to our couch Harry and Evet then we eat for a little..then our couch spoke to us about when is training then we left and said thank you

Matariki

Matariki are 7 stars that you can see in the sky it is so important to Maori because it is a new year for them you can see all of the five-hundreds cluster of stars.You can see clearly with a telescope but if you use a naked eye you can only see seven stars.

You can only see Matariki May and June and thats when you celebrate Matariki you can  see Matariki early in the morning and then it will disappear around April or May. There names are called Waiti, Waita, Tupu-a-nuku,Tupu-a-rangi,Waipuna-a-rangi,Ururangi,Matariki.

They only make a hangi when it is Matariki I like Matariki because you get to see seven stars in the sky when it is dawning and then when the sun will rise then it will disappear sometimes at night I like to look up in the sky and look at the stars in the sky.

My Scary Story

On a very nice sunny day a family went on a holiday they had everything they need .Then got into the car and left. It took a long drive to get there the kids fell asleep at the back.And then something happened at the back with all of their staff.

A dinosaur came out of nowhere and just in the front on the car and then the driver turned and hit the tree and rolled down to the bottom of hill and at the back of the boot all of their staff came out and when they hit the ground you couldn't hear anything then after a minute they can hear everything so dad told them to go back up the hill and try and find our staff.

They came back to dad and he was gone they couldn’t find their staff or dad then they called for help but nothing happend after that  they went up the hill and saw a car coming!!..’’help they called help’’ then the car stop the person got out of the car and it was dad they were so happy and they ask a lot of question and dad replied I went to go and catch the dionsure.

They answered but how did you find this car he said I went up the hill and saw a toe track coming so I ask if I can use it and he said keep it so I said thank you and got into the car and left then I saw the dinosaur walking around and then I grab a rope tied it around him and put it in a classroom...so that is how it end and then they left to go on a holiday.

Problem: The Washing Machine broke.

Action: They put all their washing in the bathroom tub.

Outcome: When the bath was full, Wray stomped and swung and swirled the clothes till there were no more bubbly jets of soap.

Rippa Rugby

Rippa rugby is fun I like it because we get to play other schools and we won the hole thing the first game me almost lost but we draw a game with a school called panow.

They are very hard to play against and we played them in the finals.They were so hard that we almost lost to them but we keep on passing the ball out the two the two wingers.

We were so happy when we won I was so tired from running the ball.We are going to Eden Park we all ran to have some water and went to sit down so they can tell us who won and what place we came.

After that they told us who won and the mix term won we went to get wet and came back then we left to go back to school we got changed and just room eighteen had to go in the hall and played games.After that the bell rang and we got to go home.

Going to the pools

Today we are going to the pools for a swim it going to be so fun.We are getting ready to go to the pools.Me and my family are going about five minties later we were all finished getting ready.

We all got everything and put it at the back of the car we all go in the car and went off.It took an hour and a half to get there half way the car broke down.

We go out and we tried to fix it but nothing couldn’t help.Then a man came past and stop he got out of his car and me and my sister went and told my mum and dad.

Then he said ‘’do you guys need some help’’ and my dad said ‘’yes’’ he got out he tools and said can you hold this please my dad said sure he said thank you.He looked and the car we had to wait for about two hours.

Me and my sister went into the car and we fell asleep.When we woke up My dad said to hop out of the car.Then my dad tried to turn it on and it worked we said thank you for your help.

We got into the car and we went off we go to the pools.We payed to go in we were all ready got changed.into out togs we were swimming for a long time it was that best time with my family at the pools.We got home and I went to sleep.At the end I wish that we can do it again
